Discuss Super Tecmo Bowl Uniforms

Am I the only one that wants to see this never before worn uniform combo? It's because of the nostalgia I feel for Super Tecmo Bowl. Direct snap to Thurmanator was almost unstoppable!

The CPU definitely took it up a notch in the postseason.

Watch out for the Oilers, Raiders, and Chiefs.

And, of course, the 49ers in the Super Bowl.

I believe it was an technical limitation of 8 bit Nintendo.

The color palette was limited on the NES so that players in Tecmo Super Bowl could only have 2 different colors on their uniforms. That’s why all the helmets and pants are the same color.
