Someone needs to make sure he never reoffends. Interpret that as you will

Don’t worry the judge is going to teach him a lesson and make him spend a few minutes in a jail cell…

Chomos are protected in jails/prison. Threat of general population isn't a thing anymore because of an inmate looks at them the wrong way they get time added.

Yeah that’s not how that works everywhere. I don’t know if you served or not, but I can tell you chomos got fucked up in EMDC.

Did I read that right - he was out on parole when he did this?!? What the actual fuck Canada. The second victim would never have been a victim if this guy remained behind bars like he should have. If I was that child’s family I’d be suing the province for negligence

Our justice system is fucked. Innocent children’s lives forever affected because we want to give swine like this a “second chance”. Why?

He was not on parole.

I think probation doesn’t mean what you think it means. It’s not parole.

2

u/Wise_Blood_8752 2h ago

He was on probation.

Senecal was on probation at the time of his crimes for what the judge described as a "violent" sexual assault of a 12-year-old boy in 2021.

This guy is what dangerous offender status was meant for. Lucky he hasn't killed somebody yet.

That we know of

u/RobustFoam 15h ago

What the fuck. This guy is going down in the books as one of Canada's worst criminals of all time.

8

u/FuzzyLaughTwo 13h ago

Throw away the godaamn key. No cure... he needs to be gone from society.

9

u/GlitteringCraft8000 13h ago

I don’t understand the want or need to try and rehabilitate these kind of demons. A mind that sick cannot be fixed.

"This guy is going down in the books as one of Canada's worst criminals of all time."

Not even close. He's a garden-variety criminal. While his actions definitely deserve closer scrutiny, calling him one of Canada’s worst of all time is a massive stretch.

u/RobustFoam 12h ago

Did you even read the article? He raped a toddler with a foreign object. Not even for his own sexual pleasure (which would be sick enough to make the list in my book) -- the only pleasure he derived from the action was in the suffering of his victims.

u/TinyM0ushka 10h ago

She needed reconstructive surgery .

6

u/LeviathanOfLiberty 12h ago

His actions deserve the death penalty is what they deserve.

2

u/Character-Total-3857 11h ago

Perhaps we should have pubic executions. That would satisfy the ghouls.

1

u/I8FurryJello 3h ago

Perhaps have actual life in prison sentences

4

u/Character-Total-3857 12h ago

A lot of actions that criminals do deserve the death penalty but we don't for very good reasons. Do you want to end up like the States, because this is how you end up like the States.

1

u/LeviathanOfLiberty 12h ago

You know you can actually improve upon policy and not just copy poor implementations seen in “the States” right? Same thing goes for issues like gun laws.

We can have a significantly higher burden of evidence for starters, we can reform our police (long-term commitment) to tackle systemic biases.

1

u/Gunnarz699 12h ago

we can reform our police

You can't reform what isn't broken. Police are doing exactly what they exist to do which is protecting capital and those who control it.

u/TinyM0ushka 10h ago

He was out on parole for assaulting another child when this happened, he didn’t even do 5 years.

He assaulted a 3 year old with a weapon so bad she needed reconstructive surgery.

Then he tried to strangle her to death and he’s not even close?

u/I8FurryJello 3h ago

Yup, thank our social justice legal system

1

u/Fxplus 2h ago

Garden variety sexual assault of a toddler with a weapon...maybe in your neck of the woods bud

10

u/No-Phrase-2897 13h ago

And people like this are why we have the dangerous offender status. Same with Paul Bernardo.

9

u/Britteny21 10h ago

This motherfucking piece of shit needs to never see the light of day again.

Our legal system is a fucking joke. This is outrageous.

3

u/zuuzuu 10h ago

You think it's outrageous that the Crown is seeking a dangerous offender designation that would ensure he gets an indeterminate sentence? Strange that you think he shouldn't ever be let out of prison but you're against the Crown seeking a life sentence.

7

u/Britteny21 10h ago

What the fuck are you talking about? I’m talking about him being out of jail and on probation for sexually assaulting a 12 year old boy after serving less than 5 years. That’s outrageous.

1

u/zuuzuu 10h ago

See now that makes sense. You didn't say that in your first comment.

2

u/Britteny21 10h ago

Fair enough.

1

u/I8FurryJello 4h ago

I don't think you understood

6

u/Catsareawesome1980 15h ago

Omg those two kids he assaulted. I feel horrible for them. I feel horrible for their families. Yeah put this subhuman away for life before he hurts anyone else.

Wow what a disgusting person. I don’t understand why if he used a weapon to assault the child it makes any difference. Lock him up forever, he should have been after the last assault of the 12 year old. Those poor kids and whoever else this freak has hurt .

“Senecal was on probation at the time of his crimes for what the judge described as a "violent" sexual assault of a 12-year-old boy in 2021. He was released from prison early in March 2025 after serving a partial sentence.”

Jesus fucking Christ can we just keep child abusers in prison?

1

u/The_Cozy_Burrito 12h ago

He promises to be on his best behaviour

1

u/mjm0762016_2 11h ago

I guess we haven’t learned anything since the Peter Whitmore case! 🤢🤢😡😡

1

u/purplepIutonium 11h ago

I am usually not a supporter of the death penalty. But this guy does not deserve life.

1

u/Horror_Excitement503 10h ago

Anybody that defends the death penalty against people like this are as bad as the people. This fuck should be off the earth.

If you hurt children in any capacity, you should be ineligible for early release.

1

u/BigFix302 1h ago

He was convicted of sexually assaulting a 12 year old boy in 2021, and was released early in 2025. The. Did this.

What the hell are we doing. It is stunning that our justice system, and judges and parole boards do this.

0

u/writerzblock84 1h ago

Well I hope?
Whats the alternative? lol

What has our justice system
Come too?

Deport

4

u/zuuzuu 10h ago

Deport him to where? Canada, since that's where he's from? Good news, he's already here. That must make you happy.

Or were you making a racist and bigoted assumption that he's not Canadian because you think Canadians don't commit crimes?

1

u/Nervous-Muffin-6691 6h ago

No I think they are being sarcastic since people love to comment that when someone of colour commits a crime

0

u/Easy-Reflection3248 4h ago

Our Justice System is so wrong and our prison is like camp. If you know who Luka Magnotta is and if you don't google him( he is a fame seeking narcissist) After what he did they allowed him a marriage while incarcerated and galloping a few months in jail he said he really didn't mind it..movie nights, pizza day and he was allowed to post pictures all over his walls, he said it was like " summer camp" I was ill when I read the bragging.

0

u/I8FurryJello 3h ago

The one who gave him parole should be held 100% accountable !

1

u/zuuzuu 2h ago

He didn't get parole. He was on probation because his sentence for his previous violent sexual assault of a child was only 2 1/2 years plus one year probation.

2

u/I8FurryJello 2h ago

Ok, same applies

-1

u/GreyOwlfan 7h ago

Should be a no brainer but parole boards....
