Recommendations Eastern European Groceries?

Hi all. I’d like to host a dinner for my friends and feed them some Eastern European foods (poppy seed / honey cake; Russian sweets etc). I was wondering if there’s a good deli/grocery store that stocks them? I know there was one in Tuggeranong that shut down. Thank you!

You could try the deli at belco markets, it stocks a bunch of euro foods

Yes, they are good. Lollies and chocolates, think they do those pirogis, other treats too.

The polish club does a market every fortnight that has polish meats, cheeses, sweets, borscht and the like.

I'm sure between the various delis at the Fyshwick Markets if you're south side you should be mostly sorted.

I think that there is a European grocery opposite the outlet centre in Fyshwick

Anatolia Mediterranean Market In Fyshwick has a large Balkan selection, so I’d say they’d probably have some East European foods as well.
