Had some idiot think 15-20 mph on a side street with cars parked on both sides turning it into a blind one way narrow two way road. Guy flew up behind me aggressively then started to honk. Couldn’t pass. I moved to the middle to block any un safe attempt as it would have resulted in an accident. Still got pissy ant it and became aggressive at a stop because there was traffic to yield to. Some people forget driving is a privilege not a right.
