First submission at conceptcore having so much fun and trying to not overthink it and let my guts do the work

This is Ashika Ketchum, a character a designed for my wife for our dnd campaign. The DM basically made her pokeball like items to keep the animals she tames as we adventure. So far she has a black bear, jellyfish, and an owlbear. They also level with her like extra party members. She can only capture large and smaller creatures, at least for now I think. What do you guys think of the design? And what creatures would you be trying to catch?

I started this drawing around 2017, but I got stuck on it pretty quickly. I wanted it to have the feel of a classical painting, but I was still new to digital art and couldn't achieve the look I had in mind.

When I came back to it in 2019, it still wasn't exactly what I'd imagined, but I ended up loving the result.

I hope you like it too. 😊

My newest commission i drew for a client, i love how it came out!
