Need Info Help with Identification of this Marble painting.

My family has had this painting for around 30 years. Doing some research online I found an artist called He Xuren who has similar works. Could I get a more accurate translation and perhaps identification of the painting.

千山鳥飛絕，萬徑人蹤滅。孤舟蓑笠翁，獨釣寒江雪。

This is a poem by a poet of the Tang Dynasty named Liu Zongyuan(柳宗元）

This landscape painting is beautiful! It's just that the characters are a bit hard to understand, and the calligraphy isn't quite right either.

He Xuren painted snowscapes on ceramic plaques rather than marble; this is likely also ceramic but is it is not by He, instead maybe late 80s or 1990s, but not earlier I would think. The inscription ends without naming the painter or offering a date; the seals don't offer any information about who the painter was either.
