I don’t mind the clip across the head too much, better to not have it but whatever.

The thing that jumps out to me is that lady looks like she’s cradling that gun rather than holding a weapon. Is that intentional?

not intentional no. she's meant to be lowering it after aiming but I clearly lost the grip somewhere. going to redraw that hand

as a rule you don’t want word balloons clips characters heads.

yeah the clip in panel 2 is the one I keep staring at. tried moving it twice and it covered her eyes instead, might just shrink the balloon
