Meta Ultimate Wolverine #1 (2024)
This new Ultimate Wolverine run feels like it could go one of two ways…
either forgotten in a year or suddenly everyone’s hunting issue #1 😅
Hickman doesn’t usually miss, and this reboot universe has been building momentum.
Anyone else picking this up or watching from the sidelines?

Yeah I’ve seen mixed takes too, especially after a few issues in.
Still feels like one of those runs people might circle back to later though… first issues have a habit of doing that 👀
And yeah I know it’s not 2024 anymore lol, but #1s still do their thing

I picked this up when it came out. Like the other guy said, it was good for the first 6 issues then it kinda just tanked. Didn't hold up and it kinda just dragged on because they extended the run. Felt like they could've done so much more but it just went downhill. Still reading it but honestly don't see this getting any more hype than it's already gotten. The run simply didn't hold up. When you have other series putting out books that feel like key issue after key issue, this will for sure get overlooked.

I'm just waiting until the Ultimate Universe is complete so I can sell my collection as the entire Ultimate Universe all at once. I'll post on ebay and bidding will start at $1 per issue.
