Been a few months since my last shelfie update, so figured it was time for another one.
The collection grew quite a bit over the last couple months, especially the Ultimate Universe side of things. I also did some reorganizing and moved the DC Absolutes/Batman & Superman display over to their own shelf, which gave me a lot more room for Marvel.
These are all the pickups since my last post. Definitely went a little harder than I realized once I actually put everything together 😂
Been having a blast actually reading through the collection too instead of just collecting. Currently working my way through the Ultimate Universe chronologically. Currently reading Ultimate comics Doomsday OHC.

I agree! This is a beautiful setup, but needs more DC and indies.

Thank you! Will be working on DC stuff next year. I just got back into reading comics again and have really enjoyed the Omni format. I love the absolute editions for DC but more stories in Omni format.

I have been transitioning away from the omnis because they can be so unwieldy. But they look great on shelves. The absolutes are really nice for books that have great artwork.

Absolutes I still want to get are Dark Knight, Dark Victory, Haunted knight, blackest night & sinestro corps war, Superman Batman vol 1 & 2, flashpoint, Superman for all seasons etc.

I’ve read some of DC events Omnis I don’t need the Omni over the absolute as there is a lot of filler that’s not needed for the main story. Def want to get Geoff jones green lantern run in Omni. Been enjoying reading these stories again. Def need to get a shelf for dc soon.
