My first time signing up for an autograph session and I totally lucked out with getting it for the DCC signing with Matt Dinniman and Jeff Hays. My husband and I got into these books while in the middle of the newborn trenches, so I'm excited haha.

It is such a fun series! I highly recommend the audiobooks. Jeff Hays does such a fantastic job bringing the books to life.

This one was for the Friday signing. I think the online lottery one was for the nighttime event.

Hey there, I got the UCC booth for Preview Night and only want the Dungeon Crawler toys. If there's something you want from UCC, I'd happily buy it for you in exchange for you grabbing the Absolute Funkos for me! I'll be there att 5 days so it should be easy enough to meet up..

That is very true! Plus I think they will be releasing her online in limited quantities. I just won't physically get her at the con as a memory, but that is also okay!

This is the first year I got nothing been going since 2009 but super stoked for people that got their exclusives. Some booths will even open up for non lottery winners at the end of the con/day (varies by booth and ymmv) but I’ve gotten into Loungefly and Funko before without a lotto because they opened up after they finished their lottery allotment for the day. Most likely wont have the big ticket items depending on how popular the item is but I have had friends get luck in the past. Some vendors like EE also sell them online.
At the end of one year I walked up to Hasbro and bought some magic the gathering set a friend asked me to get for him(that was years ago). Sunday is usually the day I usually check booths I was having issues getting into because they don’t want to have to move/ship things they didn’t sell.

Off the top of my head over the years Funko, Hasbro, 100% Soft, Jim Lee autos, Lego, UCC, Scott Snyder autos, Mattel, Entertainment Earth, Matt Fraction auto, and Tamashii Nations.
I’m a panel and autograph person the problem is they are hard to do both (and tbf I have too many collectibles) so for SDCC I usually put more into merch for friends in my line/badge group or irl friends that want something as they are easier to fit into into my schedule plus Wondercon and other cons tend to be easier to get autos.

The only one I SUPER wanted was Sung Kang/Drifter autograph session….. put all 12 of my Thursday ones into it but sadly didn’t get it. Did get the Funko booth on Saturday though, hopefully the Loot Funko will still be available then as my consolation lol.

I got Topps 3x times (I just threw a few random points). And Mattel for Sunday (hopefully some items will be left).
Mostly didn't get any of the things I really wanted (like Spaceballs).

So, I talked to the people at the booth, they don't seem to be anticipating much in the way of lines. Each person will get 1x box/pack for $200. If you got the drawing, you will get it (and the window is really big).
Also, they said people weren't supposed to get more than one win for the show (my SO got 2x, which how I added to the 3 count).

Shocked, I got two. UCC on preview night (though don't really want anything, but the only thing to use points on were item booths), and Todd McFarlane. Annoyed though because it says I still have to go in before the con starts 0630-0900 to get a wristband! What's the point of that?!

UCC has great stuff this year. TMNT / GI Joe Leonardo, Dungeon Crawler Carl figure and some other cool exclusive like space Godzilla.

The TMNT / GI Joe is the only thing I'm remotely interested in, but the fact that its $23 for a crappy dog and the exact same retail figure...not sure I want to bother.
