MCM Comic Con - London is lot of fake blood okay?

I just want to ask any experienced cosplayers or people who reguarly attend cons if lots of fake blood is okay? I want to cosplay a character, but he's mostly covered in blood but I'm unsure if it'll be too much for a con!

The question isn't the amount, the question is whether or not it's dripping off of you.

You can drench yourself in fake blood if you want. But if you're leaving a trail or bumping into booths and leaving a stain, or other con goers, you're probably not gonna be there long if they let you in at all.

It's fine so long as it doesn't make a mess or impact other people by getting on them.

If you don't set and seal makeup it's gonna get messy.

Even for skin just use fabric over it and put the blood on a cloth medium, instead of painting arms paint long gloves, etc.

It's easy to get skin colored skin-tight fabrics

Scare wise? Be smart, a horror con? Go nuts. A family friendly anime con? Maybe just a little.

Blood wise? Use as much pre-dried blood as you can. take acrylic paint mixed with a high gloss medium and a little water and it's great for splatter that dries solid. Test stage blood make up that dries down. You don't want to leave a DROP of blood in that con or heaven forbid on someone else's cosplay or artists table

Family friendly con or adult con? Should be guildlines somewhere. Blood should be dry (even if it looks wet) and but leave a mess.
