Conservatives, usually on the traditionalist end of things. The more traditionalists say that based on some holy book (pleasure is sinful; see how the first Christians tried to live, for example; or nuns and monks.) Then you have the second-hand traditionalists who tl.dr.-ed it and find these rules to be convenient: "Oh, the Sky Father said that we don't have to please the women we have sex with? Great, less physical and emotional effort on my part!"

These values then get redigested, reshat and repackaged by the modern patriarchy bros ("manosphere") and explained as some sort of power dynamic that must be used in a relationship to keep the woman under control. A more advanced form of this is achieved by the EvoPsych bros who try to make up stories about how this behavior was beneficial for sexual reproduction (and that also means "it was good.")
