when i was six, my mother had to FIGHT my doctor to get my autism diagnosis, since i was afab (now ftm btw) and couldn't possibly have autism, because i have a really vivid imagination
idk, i feel like having multiple worlds in your own head isn't very neurotypical, either-

A medical professional told me I couldn't be autistic because I was very coherent.
