I think they mistake the pale faced, high contrast make-up for being cool with racism, I guess? However if they knew goth is an offshoot of punk originally then they'd know most goths are not cool with it. (I feel like they don't know anything though and they just want a big tittied goth gf like so many claim they want.)

But i did read about women with an alternative style get approached by chuds. So who knows.
