My luggage got flagged once when going through the TSA. They were nice about it and when they asked me what might be in there, I told them just clothes and 5 pounds of fudge. They opened it up, saw the box for a local fudge company and laughed it off. They didn't make me open the box to confirm

Fudge and plastic explosives look weirdly similar under x-ray. Similar densities.

That was me but with a block of cheese which apparently looks like C4 under the scanners!
