Went to England over the summer. The food was not half bad. My personal favorite was the blood pudding from the full English breakfast.

Not only was that an amazing start to the day, but it also felt metal as fuck cause it was blood pudding

Also loved the meat pies. 10/10 meal. Could eat all day

Blood pudding sounds terrifying.

It is a sausage.

Correct! For those that don't know blood pudding is a traditional type of blood sausage made by cooking animal blood with filler grains and fat until it congeals

It's actually REALLY good

We usually call it black pudding.

I need to try white pudding now, although I've never seen it in England so I don't know how I'll get it. Maybe I'll see if I can make it.

When I read "blood pudding" I usually think of pig blood curd, a Chinese food that is literally just coagulated pigs blood. It's pretty good.

That is basically what black pudding is too
