Sometimes they'll approach you while you're on a machine, look you in the eye, and ask that one magic question.

"How many sets do you have left?"

Happened to me a couple weeks ago. I was on leg extensions and she was on hamstring curls. We both finished about the same time. All she did was start to point. So I said "swap?"

No other words were needed. We hi-fived. It was a perfect gym bro moment.

Now we're married. To other people. We were married to other before, but we still are. To other people.
