You can download this without joining the Discord here, but keep in mind it's still in early beta so there will probably be bugs. The keybind for the alter menu is 'K' by default.

This is a pretty cute way of including all your personalities, I find the disorder fascinating on the psychology side of things, but ive never actually looked into it too deeply. But something ive been curious of, do you get headaches/migrains often? As I would assume it would take more processing power to store the other personalities, and do you ever feel lonely, or does the internal presence of your alters help satiate that feeling?

Every time we switch I usually get some level of a headache. If we don't switch? Gets worse. When we were young and didn't know we were a system, we would get debilitating headaches. Might be connected.
