You can download this without joining the Discord here, but keep in mind it's still in early beta so there will probably be bugs. The keybind for the alter menu is 'K' by default.

I'm diagnosed as is OP, and I can tell you that I would not. there are two options long term for did, either therapy to become functional as a mostly combined person or therapy to become functional as a system
