We can tell that we´re not looking at readl people. Either they have stopped hiding their true selves because they don´t have to anymore (which fits into the trajectory of the world) or the veil is lifting and we´re actually seeing more clearly (as if we had the sunglasses from They live). Some of them are posessed, some have been replaced, many of them are non-humans (reptilians, demons, "aliens", robots or other entities - I can´t choose one because they´re all likely)

Have you ever seen a starvation victim? Their cheeks bones will look over prominent and their eyes make look sunken. They’re still real people. How about the people into extreme body modding? Fake implants under the scalp to give yourself cranium ridges will definitely change your appearance drastically, but they’re still human. Hell there are people into “bimbo” fantasies where they try to alter themselves to look like caricatures or Barbie dolls.
“Botox and veneers” is probably too simplistic for everything these people have going on, but all of these looks are 100% attainable via plastic surgery and things like Botox. Especially when you consider the wealthiest people are some of the ones who are most concerned about looking pretty. Eventually your mind warps to focus on things that qualify as “pretty” and you lose sight of the whole thing.

They are either secretly gay, or have a partner who is hiding their true gender, or they've murdered people, particpate in Satanic rituals, or they've raped people...etc.

I think the everyday American is just getting a small look into the inner circles of the elites - where material and beauty are valued so high that they've gone under the knife again and again chasing standards they've set for themselves. Not to mention that because these poeple have all had real money for decades, their plastic surgeries were done when some of these procedures were in their infancy.

Callista Gingrich - she was the first one I noticed (well, apart from Kenneth Copeland who´s looked super demonic for years) after she posted pictures of herself "driving in Switzerland". She´s so terrifying and uncanny, that it´s beyond even Susan Dell and Barbara Thornhill combined.
Silvio Belusconi looks normal compared to the rest imo.

Let’s not forget she married Gingrich after having an affair with him while his wife was sick with cancer (IIRC).
This was while Gingrich was pressing for the impeachment of Clinton over his own infidelity.
It’s worth reminding folks also that the longest sitting republican speaker of the house - Dennis Hastert - served during this time and would have been close to all of these partisan actors.
Hastert was arrested eventually for his abuse of young boys.

I suspect this is what happens if you engage in plastic surgery when you’re young, and you do so fairly aggressively / push the boundaries a little.
Remember that for some of these people the first procedure may have been decades ago - techniques have improved since then.
Remember also that these techniques can hide aging, not reverse it - and you can only hide so much.
