Remember this controversial Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium ripoff toy on Walmart that has an audio of someone saying "I HATE YOU"?

Unauthorized Products That Are Less Than Spectacular

r/crappyoffbrands

A place for your weird bootlegs, terrible copies, and obvious ripoffs. The crappier the better! Please no store brands or Oreos.

This subreddit is your reference for bad off-brands. There are bad imitations in every area of the market. Whether it be a mediocre knockoff of a store, clothing, devices and more, we want to see it.

This is not a subreddit for displays of Name Brand products or good knockoffs. The product must also be an imitation of an existing name brand product or at least be within the concept of it. Bootlegs and stolen trademarks are welcome, too!

A poorly-designed product that is not a knockoff in any way is a bad design, not a crappy off-brand. A product meant to make fun of another product is a parody, not an off-brand. A person who vaguely looks like a more-famous person is a Walmart Celebrity, not an off-brand.

Rules: (Detailed Rules are found HERE)

1: Remain Civil And Follow Reddiquette
2: No Name Brands (this includes Oreo)
3: No Intentional Or Satirical Off-Brands. Example: Obvious Plant
4: No Reposts. (Within reason)
5: No Store Links
6: No Self-Advertising. This includes you, karma-bots.
7: No Banned Reposts. Currently none, but don't go crazy with Among Us or I'll put it right back on this list.
