macOS Tahoe m4 pro, sluggish interface (laggy)

Hello, especially when clicking play, stop and some other thing, there is a 1s latence before the GUI refresh, it really feels slow and unreactive, anyone else is experiencing this ?

I'm using an M2 16GB/1TB MBA on Tahoe 26.7 with an external 4k display and have not experienced this issue. I don't have any third-party apps installed that mess with window management/composition.

Is the issue persistent even after a reboot or WindowServer restart?
