Cubase 15 – VST plugins too small / HiDPI scaling issues on Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I'm having major scaling issues with several VST plugins in Cubase 15 on Windows 11.

My setup:

- Windows 11

- Ultrawide monitor (3440 × 1440)

- Windows scaling: 150%

- HiDPI enabled in Cubase 15

Cubase itself looks fine, but many plugins are displayed way too small, especially the text and controls.

Enabling "Allow Window Resizing" doesn't really fix it. I can manually resize some plugin windows, but the size isn't remembered when I reopen them.

Disabling the resizing option sometimes makes the plugins even smaller.

I've tried different scaling options in Cubase, but nothing seems to work properly.

Is there a way to make VST plugins scale correctly and permanently without having to resize them every time?

If it doesn't remember, try opening Cubase as Administrator.

Some plugins are simply not made to be resizable. Can you name a few that don't work?
