Theres a lot of hands this would ruin completely. Land land land, mana dork, board wipe, utility creature, spot removal spell. If this were the case you'd completely blow your opponent out of the water and push them entirely into top deck mode. However, This card shoots itself in the foot far more often than it wins games for certain, against super friends youd just cry, as they jam a t1 teferi plus other dumb shit. Against stax youre crying blood all game. Tons of craziness from this card and i do love chaos. Though. Vexing bauble plus this card is fucking busted. Or roiling vortex. Very much gg if either of those two see one another

"Land land land, mana dork, board wipe, utility creature, spot removal spell. If this were the case you'd completely blow your opponent out of the water and push them entirely into top deck mode."
I wouldn't consider this a bad position at all, like yeah you basically make them discard their board wipe, everything else they wanted on the board anyway and they were still relying on the random draw to progress their gameplan after those were out whether or not you cheated them into play for them, all you did was save them from having to spend resources on playing them and put them like 4 turns ahead.
This kinda just always shoots you in the foot unless u have one of the gimmicky combos u listed lmao

It depends on if they get to choose the order of the spells being cast. If they do then yeah its shit. Though ill be real if you just blow their utility up the following turn and play your own dork, youd be at a strict advantage over them. Depends heavily on your own hand as well.

Well someone has to decide the order, and the targeted player is really the only reasonable option.

I don't see why they wouldn't choose
and if you blow their utility up then you kinda just made them discard the card which is not really worth your removal, it's still worse than waiting for them to play the creature before blowing it up, and it's not a strict advantage because they would get multiple things out while you can only hit one, or board wipe, but they most likely don't only have creatures in hand, they still get their artifacts and lands and are ahead

the first part is kinda wrong. Sure theyd be in topdeck mode, but they are one card draw spell away from becoming a fucking monster

[[Vexing Bauble]], this. Brick an entire hand in exchange for some ramp.

Could be cool with demonstrate effects and a heavy discard theme [[the twelfth doctor]] with any black companion could do the trick.

The only doctors companion that has black is [[vislor turlough]]

You can use [[clara oswald]]

Couldn't you get the trigger then counter the one that targets the opponent too?

Kill a [[Phage the Untouchable]] player

If phage was in their hand, it would be cast, so it wouldn't be killing them

Works great with board wipes

Theres a lot of hands this would ruin completely. Land land land, mana dork, board wipe, utility creature, spot removal spell. Like you completely blow your opponent out of the water and push them entirely into top deck mode. Unless of course they have rhystic study or any other very strong permanent draw effects. This card shoots itself in the foot more often than it wins games for certain, against super friends youd just cry, as they jam a t1 teferi plus other dumb shit. Against stax youre crying blood all game. Tons of craziness from this card and i do love chaos. Though. Vexing bauble plus this card is fucking busted. Or roiling vortex. Chalice cares about MV, not mana spent. What you want is [[vexing bauble]]
