I did. And there is nothing in that report about it. They only mention about objections but don't mention how they were resolved. In fact, they explicitly mentioned they could not determine how the objections were dealt with.
And in a subsequent report on 26th September, they even mentioned that such disagreements are common and have been happening ever since 2 additional election commissioners were added.

We are not saying Congress is "dood ke dhule hue;" if they did this, the demands wouldn't change, we would still seek accountability and resignation of all the unaccountables.
