can't blame her for causing the accident, but you can definitely blame her for not avoiding it.

Cammer did attempt to avoid the accident, their reaction was just pathetically slow.

Yeah probably because OP’s wife was up all night working my hog. I got rug burns on my hog.

I bet with this video the insurance company gives her minimum 49% liability

Let me finish the conversation in advance:

"This is the type of video you would definitely not want to share online or with your insurance carrier."

But my personal feelings on right wrong simply DEMAND the other car be blamed!

"Even if no video exists, any adjuster in the country will find some shared liability whenever there is ample time to stop and you're striking the rear-side of the vehicle. This is an attention problem."

They were wrong to pull out!

Liability doesn't care about your feelings. And neither will the neck/shoulder pain that you'd have to live with forever starting now or ten years from now.

Every claims adjuster in the country disagrees with you.

Lawyers will also disagree with you and, at best when you solicit one, will try to split hairs on the amount of liability shared to slightly benefit the client.

Being an adult means accepting that you are not the center of the universe, and that your feelings aren't the end-all-be-all. Time to grow up.

OP does not appear to be Speeding. I fail to see how Left Turner is not getting ticketed and eating the insurance on their end.
