Come chill out, hit the dance floor, and talk about whatever you want.

What are you reading? How's your weekend? What do you want to vaguepost about?

[u/redhussar90]

Look I know one of the jokes here is that 'no one reads comics,' but it's so genuinely interesting seeing the differences in comment sections between posts about comics and posts about the DCU

I am currently getting through the greatest hits of Wonder Woman.

[u/GenericIxa]

Every single comics vs manga debate on Twitter is just people who read comics and manga vs people who only read Shonen

[u/redhussar90]

yeah I'm gonna have to leave for the weekend to somewhere that doesn't have internet access, surely dccomicscirclejerk will have moved on from bitching about the lanterns finale when I come back

clueless

I hope absolute has original villains and heros, personas and aliases included,

since both names matter in DC and would be awesome if some Terrence Georgios or something shows up in another universe and how his alias effects him as a character, as well as having said alias showing up with someone different but similar abilities.

probably not in gotham, since there are so many named gotham characters, most of them just heros/villians of gotham without stepping into the super, but names are names, who knows when some other random DA/mayor becomes a villian in someoneelse's story

[u/Competitive_Market70]

It will never not be funny to me that the concept of a multiverse in fiction became popular because some DC editors forgot that the JSA existed

[u/This-Neck7248]

oh right. forgot about these
