while all of matt's love interests are compelling in their own ways, karen is my preferred one because i feel that there is a level of affection, understanding and emotional intimacy she has with him the others slightly lack. also love the slow-burn of it all.

Finished daredevil born again. Kinda interested in watching these but i got bored in jj s1 and luke cage s1. So is it better than ghe first seasons? Thanks very much and no spoilers pls!

So I started watching Jessica Jones, it's pretty great. Currently, I'm on episode 10. But I was not prepared for how disturbing some of this violence and death is. Like there's Hope killing her parents , which isn't too brutal, but definitely disturbing, then there's Ruben's corspe, Killgrave's mother stabbing herself with the scissors, and Wendy's head in the glass table. I genuinely haven't seen anyone talk about really any of these scenes, I feel like all I see discussed for this topic are punisher killing agent orange and fisk ripping the commissioner's head apart. I'm honestly taken back as to how many of these instances there are in season 1 alone, and even moreso that no one ever talks about it

I went into JJ season 3 thinking it was gonna be the same as season 2 (alright) but surprisingly it was GREAT not season 1 great but I loved it, I loved the acting, action, duologue and characters. Honestly my biggest gripe is that it had to much Hogarth, I hate her sm god. I fucking loved Trish in this season, showing how far she's gone, how much she's done was done so well. I did not like how that another love interest was introduced (even if they didn't get together) for Jessica, I want Luke back, on that topic I really liked how they did the little Luke cameo, I didn't expect it and it was nice sense Luke is my favorite of the defenders. My favorite scene has to be when Erik and Trish kill that corrupt cop and he starts laughing. God this was a pleasant surprise.

a friend of mine got me into marvel a few months ago, I’m part way through phase 3 and in my off time I’ve been trying to watch Daredevil but I just really can’t get into the show it’s just super boring to me I think I’m about part way through episode 8 but I have to watch each episode in like five-10 minute increments before I get bored and do something else, I love the rest of the MCU (what I’ve watched so far) but for some reason daredevil just hasn’t clicked with me, and I really wanted it to because I saw so many people say it’s such a good series but I just really can’t get into it. Is it possible to understand the whole of MCU without watching it?

Let’s pretend that the Netflix daredevil show is coming out today and everything in the same as before so same show runners, writing, director, everything in the same . But because it’s in the 2020s the show has to be 8 episodes. So what five episodes would you cut from each season to best fit this 8 episode rule and to still be cohesive as possible.

In her series, we repeatedly see how much Jessica finds the ability to take away a person’s autonomy disgusting and monstrous. Since having that happen to her, is the primary reason why she suffers from severe PTSD when someone (Kilgrave) used that ability they have to take advantage of her and kept her as a sex slave for months!

If she was in BND, and witnessed the things that Jean did. I doubt she would be as forgiving as Peter, even though he outright said that what she did to MJ and using her against him on the roof was unforgivable. I still feel like he let her off the hook to easily for that, especially when she almost killed her.
