New York Times recipe. This has landed in my Top 5 favorite desserts/cakes I’ve baked and I’ve baked it six times so far this year. I love the contrast between the sweet cake and the tart of plums together so much. Really good combo

This recipe is awesome and can be made with many different kinds of fruit. When you mix it you may think you did something wrong and there's not enough batter but there is. I've made this so many times over the years, if I need a quick dessert and have fresh, canned or frozen fruit available this is my go to.

I think my favorite version is pears and roasted walnuts with ginger. Apples, berries, peaches - almost anything goes.

Omg yes I know! I read you can do different fruits which I have to try soon but I’ve been hooked on this with plums 😆
