Late Night Firework

What is going on with the late night firework explosions on Rue de Mulhouse? Is this tied to the schools issue? Thought we were being invaded! Feel bad for all the people having to work today! Happened at 1:30am and 3:30am.

I have been told that it's a signal to inform that a new drug shipping has been delivered in the neighbourhood.
