Never seen this status, curious as to what it means. Saw someone in a server with it

How do I fix this? Send a manual age verification? escalate to BBB?

Hey, so this randomly started happening so whenever I’m watching my friends stream it’s fine on my second monitor but when i tab back into my first monitor it starts dropping frames to like 10fps. And I don’t even have to tab back into Discord. I just have to put my cursor over it. It’s fine but when i go back to my first monitor it starts lagging again. I have tried everything and i even turned off game mode. Can anyone help????

Around a month ago in early September, I was randomly logged out of my discord account on PC whilst still being logged in on my phone, and I tried everything to get back in except none of my saved passwords worked, I didn’t know my password so I couldn’t access my backup codes and the QR code wouldn’t work because it always led to the requirement of an Authenticator code, which the app I had for said code I deleted years ago and customer support wasn’t remotely viable since they’re practically on the same level as Roblox customer support. And I don’t even have SMS verification turned on and can’t remove my Authenticator app because just like “all roads lead to Rome” all paths lead to an Authenticator code….so im legitimately out of options and I’m not going to stand around and let discord screw me over and tell me to make a new account to which I have so much progress on.

okaay so i was joining random servers cus i wanted to talk to people so i stumbled upon this one server and saw the waiting room was active so i spoke there for a bit, then i verified and saw all the weird shit and thought it'd be wise to report them

however it was at the complete bottom of my servers list so when i closed discord i completely forgot to leave it and now weeks later i got suspended because of the server 🫩 i sent an appeal 11 days ago and a general request 6 days ago, both of them got marked as solved by ais

where do i go on from here

Got a violation from a server I was never even active in. 😭 I just woke up few hours and received this. When I pressed let us know, it reviewed my request and they replied with that through email. I never even did anything, I was never even active in. I don't know if the server got a mass report, but all I know is that I'm innocent. Now, i gotta wait for 2 years before this can chat again in my dms, and stuff like those. I can't send a request again for review because i already used that. What do I even do at this point? 🫩

Event Timeline: i was just on discord when my friend asked me if i wanted to play minecraft, which was completely normal. I said alright and he asked me to download a modpack and i did and installed it and a few mins later i was logged out of my discord account and he got full acces to my discord changed its email and also got access to my gmail and changed my birth year to 2018 and it took me a while to verify and later on i tried my best to get the account back. He somehow knew i was ascendent in a shooting game called valorant maybe cuz my account was linked with discord. Hacker kept asking me to give him my ascendent account which i didnt and also he messaged like most of my friends ( i have like 150 friends). He keeps talking to them and asking them to download minecraft mode and trying the same scam he did with me

Another thing is that when i installed that thing my pc was hacked and my cursor was moving itself and my keyboard was typing itself as he was controlling it and a spyware kept popping up which was a communcation thing between him and me and he kept asking me for my valorant account which i never gave. I ran malwarebytes and everything, i scanned 10 times deep scans normal scans everything and now im afraid that spyware might still be in my laptop.

should i completely reset it or should i just reset it and keep my files or what should i do????

also anyone got any idea about discord support they said they will catch up later with me. My account was 6 years old and they cant see that? Can anyone please help me and suggest me as i am soo confused and tired sitting infrontt of my laptop for 10 hours now.

im gonna go through my whole situation so all the info is here.

on october 8th i used my account earlier that day and when i checked back in on it before bed i had gotten randomly logged out of my account, when i tried to log back in, i couldnt, and when i tried "forgot password" the email didnt exist.

when i went to the support website to create an account (i didnt know they were separate from discord accs so i tried to log in with my normal info) it was already made and had 2fa on. i got a family member to send a ticket about the support account i didnt create and support lifted the 2fa from my support account and a day later and i submitted a ticket.

that day nelly told me about the email change sent to my email so i looked but didnt find anything about an email change (explained in next paragraph). so i responded that i didnt see one and it got me to a person a couple hours later that then escalated the ticket for them to look into further.

a few days later my email credentials were changed (unique password exclusive to itself, similar to other passwords but still not the same as ANY other password ive ever had) meaning the hacker could've gotten in at any earlier time and i only know this from the changed login info (mustve gained access earlier and didnt change login info then to not raise suspicion) and deleted the email without me knowing so i couldnt do anything about it. even so 2 days had already passed so even if i found the email (i never did) it wouldve been useless anyway.

i joined a server on my alt to warn friends on my main and checked with others who have DMs with my main to see if i was sending any sketchy stuff, but it all looks the exact same as when i lost access. pfp, banner, description all unchanged and its always shown as offline.

(this is the trauma dump paragraph) after this hack i had to spend my day off getting account after account for many sites logged into and having to change passwords on them. (i was dumb and used the same password for many sites including discord which was either a slight variation or just the same, no password is any longer like that now) and added other accounts like microsoft into a 2fa to keep full access to them (and if i get my account back ill be doing the same along with a very unique password).

ive never enabled 2fa on my account, downloaded any backup codes or put in my phone number (i should of and never did in fear of getting locked out of my account due to losing 2fa methods from what happened to a family members account). to this day i have no idea if the hacker put a 2fa or a phone number on my DC account as i cant even get into a log in screen.

im 99% sure my current main email is the one on the discord account originally and is the email on the support account now (as i believe it was made a week ago when the hack happened), if it was my school email im fully screwed (which i did with a couple accounts back then, all of them have since been switched to my current email a long time ago).

it has since been 8 days since escalation and i know support is slow for this company (especially after the double counter hack) and my ticket is still open, but im worried my account of 9 years (nitro for 4 of those years which just got renewed yesterday, email receipt went to the hackers email so i disabled all online payment to stop fraudulent charges through discord) could be permanently lost (or worse deleted as that only takes 15 days if the hacker decides to do so when support can take months). i havent commented on the ticket in fear of pushing myself further down into the queue and not getting help until its too late.

when making the ticket i was panicked and did it very quick without thorough thought and was just a basic barebones "i cant log in to account", should i update the ticket with info like nitro statements, notice of a card on file or any other info, or just leave it alone to not be pushed back down for support to see if they can help get my account back to my email?

when i am on a call with people with my camera on at some point at random my camera will freeze for them but not for me and when this happens multiple things can cause discord to freeze as in, i turn the camera off, they leave the call, they close a stream, some one joins/ leaves, if i tab into a different app or i tab into discord, someone messages the chat or someone messages me directly even if they arent in the voice call. When it 'freezes" and to be more clear its just the call that stops i still can type but sometimes it is slow to type but once i leave the call and try to join it never connects and then i have to go to task manager and force close the app and open it again. I have tried many different things such as a clean install, turning on/off hardware accel, changing the install folder and even factory resetting my pc and none of these fixes the issue.

hi i've been having a problem recently and i'm not really sure what the issue is. whether i've been hacked, it's a bug, or an issue related to my account; it's happened three times in less then a month. i have already reached out to discord support but they have been of no help and said they are looking into since the second time this has happened almost two weeks ago.

the short of it is i'm forced out or I’ve logged out of discord and when i go to log back in it requires me to reset my password. once i've done so and have logged back in i immediately receive three DMs (and it's been three every time) from discord official saying they removed a violation on my account. i have never received a notice saying i have received a violation and my account status according to discord has only ever been "All good".

i'm not really sure what to do at this point. should i just delete the account and start from scratch? or will that be a violation of discord's TOS? should i just wait to see what support says (i reached out to them again) about it?

Hello guys, I have had a discord account for almost 6 years now but unfortunately it is linked to an old email that I had and that email account has been permanently deleted due to inactivity and i can't have it back. I want to change said old email into a new one but I don't want to risk losing my discord account, what should I do? I'm logged in into my account on my phone only.

oh and my account isn't linked to my phone number should I link it? or is it gonna brute force me out of my account?

i randomly got a permanent suspension for child safety. i did literally nothing and had to make a new account just to confirm i knew who reported me. i dont even know what to do.

So around August, I stupidly downloaded a MC modpack (feel free to laugh) and got hacked. I luckily recovered my account. Yes I did a USB full window wipe and clean install from another computer, yes I've changed passwords on my phone/other computer, yes I even change my email address. I was so safe I even disabled my original account for a week. I even waited weeks to use Discord. And even after that, my discord got hacked and they've changed my infos. So I did what everyone would do, I contacted Discord support for help. Now let's keep in mind, I contacted them on August 23rd. They replied in October 9th. Almost 2 months of ghosting me they replied back. And guess what they told me, "Sorry but we can't help you!"

I've provided so much evidence, from stupid things like "Hey look I took a picture of this DM between me and my friend" to bank statements, Discord emails, and Paypal transaction ID.

I told them, "Hey I don't have access to the email address because it was changed without my knowledge and my permission." And guess what? They don't care! They just said not my fucking problem and mark it as "Solved"

Fine, I'll make ANOTHER ticket on my other email address that was attached to this account. Surely they can help me this time right? If you guess no, please DM me so I can personally send you a digital cookie. Because what the FUCK?

I'm sick of this back and forth. I need some guidance on this because I'm so lost. Please send me advices on how to deal with this because I'm exhausted.

I’ve waited a whole month 29 days to be exact i haven’t been able to get a reply. They said they confirmed the correct email and now i had to wait for a real agent to get onto the ticket but ever since then I’ve been unable to get any sort of contact. My friend was able to get a reply quickly but im still stuck with no reply. Ive reached out on X but still no reply. If anyones willing to help i can pay $$$

Lemme explain :

Some days ago, my friend (1) was talking to another (friend2) we have in common (cause i recently lost my acc), and i proposed that my friend 1 give my phone number to friend 2 so we could talk directly.

So i registered his phone number, he registered mine. And so we were simply talking, and he suddently sends : "have u tried to call me with a private PN (phone number) ?". I said no, 'cause i don't even know how to create one. Response : "do u think friend 1 leaked my PN ?". He would never do that. so i said bye because friend 2 needed to do his homework. 15 minutes later, he got another call from a unknown PN. And it happened to me at evening, and I didn't receive any call. (did I protected myself cause of my fake "PN not used" ?)

So, do you think it's a hacker that got my PN or ?
