BANDO STONE AND THE NEW WORLD The Move That Never Was
Because the movie probably isn't coming out at this point (god I hope I'm wrong), here is some snapshots from the vinyl album for those who haven't bought it.

I remember someone saying that their theory was that parts of the movie was going to be footage from the actual tour. Essentially a concert film. So, since the tour was canceled, it’d make sense that that movie would be canceled too since they probably didn’t get the footage they wanted from the few stops he did end up playing at.

The album was the movie

That's what I'm starting to think honeslty. More of his "dig deep into the material" stuff. For all I know, there's a QR Code on a subway in Guatemala that unlocks the movie.

Did anyone play the album in reverse yet?

I deadass think he saw that tweet saying Kanye could release a silent album and people would imagine it's the best and did the movie version

I heard that the scenes are the deleted scenes and the deleted scenes are the real scenes

Seeing this tells me the movie is definitely real. Has no one thought to ask the female actor?

Looked it up and it seems like she's been silent on it. But if you run into her, you better ask her and report back

Every single shot in the vinyl is in the trailer. They definitely only shot about 3 minutes of footage.

It’s also possible he shot some of the movie but never finished it. Enough he was able to use footage for promo of the album and generate hype around the album at the time

it's not that the movie isn't coming out. there was never any movie in the first place.

They shot a whole movie but they couldn’t sell it to a studio to get distribution as apparently it was very bad and paid for our of his record contract. My friend who works for A24 went to a sales screening.

I don't think there's any way that movie wouldn't make some money at least. Heck, they could release it on a private streaming site with $20 access tickets if they couldn't get distribution (which I highly doubt)

Donny G told me that after the 56th rounds of reshoots coming in 2028 the movie will finally be just right. It's like how James Cameron had to wait 10 years to make Avatar 2 because the tech wasn't there yet. He's waiting for the technology to catch up with his vision.
