"Shining, the Dragon at the clearing"

[u/yagoilustra]

This was a gif commission that I worked on this week, this dragon was a soft redesign from his original one.

The idea was making a nice and cozy place where he can take a rest and his home, since he likes forests and water I went all out with the idea of a nice river on a clearing and the owner accept, so we had a lot of fun while talking about the details.

The fishes and the little birds give a nice "living" vibe on the art but my favorite part was the contrast between the dragon colors and how he pop out on the art.

A very beautiful dragon and I agree that the river adds alot to the calm and lively feeling that a forest setting has

Very well done :3
