Those are cooked. Make a lamp out of them or something.

Agreed. You won’t restore these without proper tools, and even then it’s a crap shoot.

They might be, but it would take a whole hell of a lot of very skilled metal work, probably more than you have; or cost more money than you would want to spend to have someone straighten these out.

If there is a horn repair shop in your town, you might hit them up - they straighten out crumpled bells on trumpets and so forth. Or even an auto body shop where they know how to use a hammer and dolly to straighten out crumpled body panels on a car. It might be worth it to at least get a quote from either.

Or, if there is a junior college or tech school in your town that has an auto body shop program, you might even "donate" these for students to practice their hammer-and-dolly skills on, and then give them back to you if they are worth having by the time they've been practiced on. Either it will work, and you will have gotten the repair made while doing a solid for a school in your town, or nothing of value will be lost. That might be worth a try.

But realistically, considering what you would have when they were done, it sounds like more trouble than these are worth - either might cost more than simply buying better examples of the same thing used on reverb.com. Which takes us right back to making lamps out of them or something, as suggested, or simply cannibalizing the lugs and any other useful parts of them to be used on other drums.
