🌇 Community Al Furjan - Public road safety- Master developer contacts or guidance?

Trying to seek if someone knows someone with the 6 degree of separation on who can help with the potential increase of accidents happening in the Furjan area with many news buildings but internal roads not having speed breakers or good visibility of cars coming out of buildings.

Who can I:
1) Reach out to or does anyone having experience solving this problem?
2) I had seen an accident and cannot get it out of my head which could’ve been easily avoided
3) RTA informed but they mention it’s master developer Nakheel
4) Master developer says roads are as per master plan but not investigating the actual risks, blind spots and huge potential risks.

What can one do in this situation?

File it as a formal RTA traffic-calming study, not another general complaint. Send RTA's Mahboub WhatsApp a photo of each Al Furjan blind spot and the exact location pin, or use RTA Dubai > Madinati > complaints related to over-speeding. You get a trackable CRM reference and an approval or rejection within 15 working days, which stops the RTA/Nakheel handoff staying verbal.

Standard response from Nakheel when they do not want to do anything: "this is as per master plan". We had the same with massive broken trees hanging over our house.

Only real solution in my opinion is e.g. a complaint in the 04 website or maybe via RERA portal. That might force Nakheel (in fact Dubai Properties these days, but no worries - same employees :) ) into actually doing work.

It is extremely frustrating to deal with them.
