Is there a cannabis club or something like that in Enschede or Hengelo?

I wouldn't. I think those clubs are in Spain and Germany as a loophole, basically beiing coffeeshops, just for locals.

In Germany "cannabis clubs" are the actual, legal way to acquire it since a few years. Basically associations you can go to to sell/buy weed from other members.

Cafe Mix is the most club like coffeshop, maybe try that?

Find a coffeeshop you like the vibe off, sit there, be friendly to people, and if they wanna hang with you great.
