MICROSOFT ENTRA ID
I tried to send an email invitation in my lab environment but the email didn’t the target. Checked the properties of the guest but everything was correct. What am I missing here ?

If the guest object was created correctly, the issue might be with email delivery rather than Entra itself. The invitation can exist even when the recipient never sees the message

Since it’s a lab tenant, you might be hitting the sending limits for B2B invitation emails from an onmicrosoft.com domain. Don’t panic—you can still redeem the invite without the email, provided the guest account has been created.
Go to https://myapps.microsoft.com/?tenantid=<tenant-id> using the lab tenant’s ID, sign in with the invited account and accept the consent prompt.
Microsoft explains the process here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/redemption-experience

it might be worth checking the entra audit logs and exchangee mail flow, along with spam filters. also verify whether the invitatoin email was actually sent or blocked before reacing the recipient..

Do you have a domain added in the lab environment, or purchased some licenses? You need either to send outbound email. You might be affected by this.
