Question Spread of Christianity spawned without requirements
As you can see I got the "Spread of Christianity"-Shinto incident active. The Religion-Menu tells you, you'd need to have Nanban-Trade and Spread of firearms first tho. Does it have to do with my mods or me playing a custom nation in this run? I've played with the same mods for years and even as a Custom-Nation-Daymio, this never happened to me. Anyone know what's up with that?

I'm not able to read what I assume is German so I'll take your word for what the menu says, but in the wiki you can read here that there are no other prior incidents required for the spread of Christianity incident so maybe some mod is messing with your menu?

Yep, wiki says you just need knowledge of a Christian nation, the west needs knowledge of you, and 30 years since the last incident. Guessing that New World colonization I'm seeing from the mini-map took care of things.

Where does it say that? It is not in your screenshot

Possibly mods, but it’s been a while since I’ve played as Japan but I think I remember their being an event where European traders can spread Christianity to a province or two and this is independent of the Shinto event. Don’t quote me on that though
