Slowly buying all the Hi-NRG Attack releases on iTunes, and the instrumentals are legitimately so cool! I like hearing all the subtle ear candy that isn’t as easy to hear with the vocals.

Gotta colour-correct the instrumental playlist image to match the normal one though

DJ NRG - Go Go Gossip

It was the lesson at SEF yesterday, and people there heard the song already. Yes, it does seem Gianni Coraini is the first one confirmed on the new SEB. From the short sample I couldn't really tell the label.

The DJ NRG name hasn't been used in years, so it's great to see a comeback.

Was listening to it, and it abruptly cuts out on Boom Boom Dollar with this. Why would it get cut off like that?

Bought it from local music shop. It's in a good condition or not?

The fan-mix is titled as "Heavy-NRG", to emphasize Eurobeat's origins from Hi-NRG and its strong influence from Hard Rock and Heavy Metal (Power Metal in particular). I consider the audio mix finalized, and I consider the album art to be in a satisfactory state for now. I have used Affinity, Cavalry, Reaper and Da Vinci Resolve for this project. No AI tools were used in editing the audio, visuals and animations. The visualizer may be subject to final changes, not certain for now.

Tengo escrito Fire On The Moon de Aleph, Y YA!

The fan mix contains 34 songs from artists including, but not limited to: David Dima, J. Storm, Queen 26, and of course Dave Rodgers. Duration approximately 1 hour and 26 minutes. I will publish the link for the mix with the visualizer after finalization, probably early November.

This is also a birthday gift to my wife, who is also a Eurobeat fan. I have made a similar mix/visualizer the year prior, available on YouTube.

So a bit of a joke I have with some folks who do behind-the-scenes work for Disney is "What do I have to do to make Disney Eurobeat Volume 4 a thing?" This has gotten me thinking about what songs would actually go on such an album, combining Disney songs from the last 25 years with other classics that they might have missed on the original albums. I would love to hear what Disney songs would benefit from a Disney Eurobeat treatment.

Some I've considered, ranked from most obvious to least:

1. "Let it Go" from Frozen
2. "You're Welcome" from Moana
3. "Be Prepared" from the Lion King
4. "Almost There" from Princess and the Frog
5. Chip N. Dale Rescue Rangers Theme
6. Phineas & Ferb Theme
7. "I have a Dream" from Tangled
8. Perry the Platypus Theme
9. "If I Didn't Have You" from Monsters Inc.
10. "Hellfire" from Hunchback of Notre Dame

Tried to look in BookOffs for Eurobeat, but out of the six I stumbled upon on my trip, only one had Eurobeat CDs.... except make that CD as the one that actually had a Eurobeat CD only had SEB 130, which I already have.

So I ended up going back to Tower Records in Shibuya and picked out this lot. They had moved the stock around slightly since my first visit, and there were pretty much 3 full shelves of them! (which I forgot to take a picture of...oops)

~26,000 yen well spent. Only wish I had bought more, but alas. UK customs only allow you to buy £390 of stuff back tax free, and because I'd bought other things on my trip, I was on a budget. Otherwise I would have bought a lot more lol

is this ai? (The "Bad Boy I" album cover is literally AI Generated)
