Super excited. Don’t get me wrong. But Pennington has been with coach Wright for a long time. Im curious to see if this is just him reaching this apex and might move on after this, or he he stays what kind of team we have next year with a QB who hasn’t been in his system for 5+ years.

I’ll be honest I don’t know off the top, but I don’t think so. He was at Pittsburgh St. (not in PA interestingly) for a couple years prior to coming to NAU and this is year two here.

He seriously looked like Josh Allen…Lite. Montana had no answer.

Ty balled out, that was impressive. I saw a comment today that someone was claiming this wasn't a upset and a coin toss because "both teams were ranked". Personally I think a "coin toss" game is 3.5 point spread or less, but maybe that's just me.

This was just an effin crazy game to watch. I loved it, even as a Griz fan in Montana. It was pure football. Shoutout to Linsdey Graves for a 100-yard touchdown that looked like it was copy and pasted out of an episode of Looney Tunes.

I’m pretty excited about Chad’s kid being a draft prospect

He's not Chad's kid, is he?

Also I think Montana fans have bad memories of Chad Pennington too.

After further research, I’ve learned! His son is actually playing at Gardner Webb and his other son plays at Dayton!
