Nieuws FC Twente presenteert 4e tenue. Herintroductie van de Schotse ruit.

Castore en FC Twente presenteren vandaag met trots een nieuw tenue van FC Twente voor het seizoen 2026-2027. Dit tenue met de iconische Schotse ruit brengt de sfeer van de jaren 90 naar
een nieuwe generatie. Supporters kozen eerder dit shirt als meest populaire uitshirt uit de historie van FC Twente. Samen met de nadrukkelijke link met Schotland een reden voor Castore en FC Twente om het tenue in een modern jasje te steken en uit te brengen als extra tenue voor dit seizoen.

Ik ben ook fan. Alleen in pure Castore stijl is het shirt uiteraard gelijk niet meer beschikbaar.

The top is superb. But some of us over on r/ScottishFootball were curious what the Scotland connection in with FC Twente Enschede is. I can see some mention of Stranraer both on the wiki page and on the image above, but I'd love to know a bit more!

And has been going on for all that time with fc twente fans visiting Stranraer and the other way.

Hey man, thanks so much for replying. I’ll let the Scottish football guys know, I think a lot are curious and suspect there will be more than a few orders for the jersey from Scotland. Hup Twente!
