open How to unclog these hairspray nozzles

Post image

I've tried hot water on the nozzles and turning them upside down. Any other tricks?

Remove nozzle
Soak in acetone
Use dental pick or pushpin to ream out both ends of the nozzle.
Repeat

Reattach nozzle
Spray with can upside down.

Try pulling them off and soaking them in boiling water

Are sure the nozzles are clogged? Last time I thought a nozzle was clogged, I removed the nozzle and tried to clear it with an air hose, it wasn't clogged, swapped nozzles on a known good can and the nozzle was fine, the problem was the can was out of perpelant.

This is often easy. With an air nozzle, and a bit of rubber hose, most aerosol can can be charged by applying adequate air pressure. No need to operate the valve. I have had excellent results with about 100psi to 120psi.

Add a small amount of acetone (nail polish remover) into boiling water soak.
