I have folded fitted sheets this way since I learned from Martha Stewart about 15 years ago, and I can tell you first hand that they would never in a trillion billion bajillion mazillion years look that smooth and flat unless you freaking ironed them… and if you are going to iron them, you obviously care absolutely nothing about your time or sanity lol

What are you doing in this subreddit?

Gatekeeping ludicrously large number, obviously.

Ah, ok. Not that large frankly, less than 1/600th of the Avogadro constant.

No, "far" is the name of the place they are taking it to. It's near Cleveland.

Come on man, I didn’t want to make it sound like I was totally exaggerating, I had to keep it semi realistic…

I moved 9000 miles to a new place, met my housemate who was already living there, and she was showing me around the house and room. "...and I've ironed the sheets and made the bed for you..."

Ma'am, I like you and appreciate the care, we are going to be great friends, but that's the most insane thing I've ever heard.

I have to say, best sleep of my life (but it also may have been the jet lag).

I also learned from Martha Stewart when I was a teenager. To this day my wife thinks I’m a witch.

My grandmother used to iron them. Ain't nobody got time for that. I just make a big ball and stuff it in the linen closet.
