ARPG: CrossCode
CRPG/WRPG: Avernum 3: Ruined World, SKALD: Against the Black Priory
DRPG: Etrian Odyssey III, The Quest
JRPG: Wooden Ocean, Divided Reigns
Zelda-like: Master Key

Drova

Kind of a mix between old school Zelda and the Gothic games. It's pretty amazing and they just announced a sequel

Stoneshard is very easy in the hardware

Fear and Hunger Termina, but beware that it has a lot of gore.

Tales of maj'eyal, siralim ultimate, rogue legacy 1 and 2, astlibra:revision, epic battle fantasy 5, hollow knight, Undertale/deltarune, there's actually loads but they'd all be indie games.

I highly recommend Fantasian for mobile devices, it was specifically made for them in mind and it’s not too intense on graphics while also looking stylized

A few of my suggestions of RPGs that aren't graphically demanding:

Fallout 1 & 2

Atom RPG & Atom RPG: Trudograd

Baldur's Gate 1 & 2

Neverwinter Nights 1 & 2

Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura

Swordhaven: Iron Conspiracy
