Looking for COD-Like/Gunsmith FPS that's Lightweight and Cheap/Free

Basically looking for anything that's similar to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019

I'm absolutely addicted to it but it's got an INSANE storage requirement and price, many of my friends play on Geforce NOW because of limited storage space and the game isn't available there either

I might suggest them Combat Master, it is such a goofy copy that it's also pretty fun, but I'm looking for other options

It must have a Gunsmith-like system and Multiplayer PvP please, big part of what I love about this CoD rather than the old ones is the weapon customization

Check out Zero Sievert. It's an extraction shooter (basically pixel tarkov) with great gun customisation. The system is surprisingly deep. To the point where you can strip a whole gun down.

You can swap out pretty much everything, including handguards, foregrips, pistol grips, stocks, and barrels. You can also slap on suppressors, extended drum mags, and a ton of different optics, from simple red dots to massive sniper scopes that actually change your sightline when you aim down eyes. Every little attachment affects the gun stats like recoil, ergonomics, accuracy, and reload speed.

Oooh, sounds very interesting, will check it out as some of my friends were also thinking of trying extraction shooters

Gray Zone Warfare is another extraction shooter, no time limits, etc. It’s about to have a major content update on the 22nd with early access for supporter edition users on the 19th

Fairly deep weapon customization, muchhh deeper than CoD, huge world, also FPS. Not 2D like ZS

Community is amazing and Devs are fairly involved as well

If you don't mind single player, modded fallout 4 is a very good choice for a game with alot of gun customization.

Even the vanilla game has alot of customization but modding just takes it to the moon. (I also don't like the guns in vanilla)

There's plenty of mods for AK platforms, AR platforms, laser weapons etc that all have tons of different customization options.

Theres even alot of mods that port over guns from MW2019 and Cold War.

I forgot to mention it also must be multiplayer, as the point of the search is to play with friends that can't afford CoD MW 2019

If you like third person co op games, maybe take a look at Ghost Recon Wildlands and maybe Breakpoint (but I never played that one).

It’s a bit older now, so they might be on sale.

Edit: I didn’t see the last part. There was a multiplayer called Ghost Wars, but I’m not sure if many people are playing it.

Wildlands is the more solid of the two, highly recommend solo, partied, or any other way you desire
