I just noticed this on my gargoyles back today. Zone 8b in the US in the PNW. What little friend (or foe) has made this?

When handled it thrashed and wriggled abit but stayed calmed afterwards, when it moves its kinda like a slinky instead of a snake, it rained hard so and saw many of these large earthworms and wondering if i can take and put them in my garden.

Repost)
My garden outhouse is currently a disaster zone left behind by the previous owners. It’s moldy, the roof is full of holes, and there’s an old electrical unit inside (works but it's switched off).
I'm trying to decide if it's actually salvageable and worth the time/money to renovate, or if I should just tear it down to reclaim the space for a bigger garden. What do you think?
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I’m a first timer gardener and I’m trying to learn how to grow some plants on my balcony: I’ve spread some acidic booster around the soil. But I’m wondering is this from root rot or from the soil not being acidic enough? It was transplanted a week ago.
