Friendly Friday Thread
This is the Friendly Friday Thread.
Negative or even snarky attitudes are not welcome here. This is a thread to ask questions and hopefully get some friendly advice.
This format is used in a ton of other subreddits and we think it can work here. Anyway, thanks for participating!
Please hit the report button if someone is being mean and we'll remove those comments, or the person if necessary.

I have a Peperomia obtusifolia that has been dropping leaves. It was doing fine but we had to report a few weeks ago due to the prior pot breaking. It still looks health but the leaves keep dropping off. They just fall off not curl or anything just drop right off. I'm not sure if this is something that happens when it gets repotted or if because its getting colder out and maybe its colder by the window than it was during the summer. Its an east facing window so it gets some soft sun and it has been there all along and was doing fine previously.

It has dropped a few more leaves since this was taken. The leaves just fall off whole they don't change color or curl. Not sure what to do.

I have a tree fern that is being destroyed by wind damage, coming from one direction in particular.
How would you all go about creating a wind break that needed to be about 4-5 feet tall? Long term I am hoping to plant some other sturdier trees to do the job. I think I just want to put up two posts and stretch some material between them, but im not sure what would get the job done.

Zinnias died with the frost. Should I yank out the entire plant or cut them off to about 2'?
