I grew up a huge Garfield fan. He was my entire childhood. I also grew up working at carnivals, and prizes like these were HUGE in the 80’s. This hung on the wall by my bed my entire childhood in the original cardboard frame.
I recently was going through some of my childhood things, and decided it was time to frame this properly and display it, as the true treasure it is! I had to frame it with the cardboard frame as well, because that’s part of its charm.
If you weren’t around in the 80’s, prizes like these are just an image on really thin, sharp glass. It makes me wonder how many of these survived because of how fragile they are.

Been a while since I scanned some calendars! Full collection (including other Garfield calendar scans) up on my flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/daemoncorps/albums/72177720336219556/

If it's to be believed that Garfield talking is an internal thing (as shown in G&F, the comics, the movies, both 2004 and Illumination), how do Jon's responses ALWAYS seem to line up perfectly with Garfield's if he can't actually hear him? Is it coincidence? Like, Jon says something, Garfield thinks something, but then Jon responds back to finish it, perfectly relevant (to the point of reiterating) to Garfield's thoughts. Even times when Garfield sings, it seems to be a thing.

I gotta have a good meal.

Garfield, you fat cat. You are so big and fat.

I eat, Jon. It's what I do.

I’ll be relaxing and winding down the rest of October by working this puzzle.

This is a Garfield movie Wendy's kids meal toy I remember seeing since when I was a little kid. Even though the goal of this toys , you can rotate garfield's tail which will show all the pictures of the movie, which was released since 2004.

I don't remember where I saw it but it made me laugh a ton - the strip is literally him just seeing his tail in the first panel, grabbing it in the second, and him pulling up and floating in the air while smiling at the camera in the third. I feel like I'm going crazy because no matter how much I look I cannot find it. Thank you.

Yes, this exercise requires divulging your birthday indirectly for internet sleuths to dox you 25 years later. Don't worry about that.
