Is this letter a scam?

Hello all,

I would like to know if this letter is a scam or not. I want to be cautious before i take any action on it. Thank you for your help in advance.

My girlfriend also received this, you'll have to do it and it will take considerable time (1-2 hours). There are also three more installments over the next year you will have to fill in. Have all your documents regarding living costs and income ready, as you will need them.

You dont have to have anything ready, Just guesstimate, nobody can force you to put effort in this shit

lol what? That's a bit of a stretch don't you think? The problems we have in Germany don't come from people not putting effort in filling out the Zensus survey.

Oh nooooo the services in my area will suck because I didn’t look up my pay slip to check that I earned exactly 3456,78€ and not 3500€ as I had laying around in my head 🤦🏻‍♂️
