Diskussion Sublet at student dorms or other WGs
Hello,
I am flying into Frankfurt in October and I've been scurrying through every website to find a WG. It has been a tiresome and fruitless journey so far. Of course, I have already applied for the public dorms but the waitlist seems unrelenting.
So if any of you have a dorm or a WG to sublet, kindly DM me. I am fine with picking up a 3 month contract or even a contract till the end of the year. Ideally a long term contract but I'm guessing this isn't the place for that.
My budget can stretch to 550-600 Euros. I prefer a single apartment but I'm more than willing to share with others as well.
I don't smoke or drink. I'm a guy. I love cinema, photography and reading. I'm quiet and calm. Tidy as well.
Kindly help me with this and maybe I can get you dinner somewhere or cook you something nice (the more adventurous option).
Thank you, I hope you have a great weekend! :)

Which city district do you prefer?
I have a single dorm at a private housing complex - so it‘s not limited by my status as a student. My contract is old (8 years) and I pay for all as an all-in-rent 650€ for 21m2. (Maybe a reality check for the desire to live alone).
In my complex group someone is looking for a person to sublet until March 2027 and longer. I don’t think that this contract is also not cheap like mine. I can ask if i can give you the telephonenumber.

Hey! Thank you for your response. 650 is a little steep but for the next 5 months I can manage that. If you could ask them and DM me, nothing like it. Would be very grateful. :)

I can‘t promise you 650€ monthly. I have an old contract with this total. I can ask.
But also to your pricing it‘s almost impossible to find something.
